Want to make your TikTok LIVE streams more interactive? Streamloots works perfectly with TikTok Live Studio, allowing your viewers to trigger alerts, play cards, and interact with your stream in real time.
Follow these steps to set everything up.
Step 1: Download and Install TikTok Live Studio
If you haven’t already, download TikTok Live Studio from TikTok’s official website and complete the installation process.
Once installed, launch the application and sign in with the TikTok account you use for streaming.
Step 2: Configure Your Stream
Before adding Streamloots, make sure your stream is ready.
In TikTok Live Studio, configure:
- Your webcam
- Your microphone
- Your audio settings
- Your stream resolution and format
- Any additional cameras or scenes you want to use
Taking a few minutes to configure everything properly will ensure a smoother experience for both you and your viewers.
Step 3: Open the Sources Panel
Just like other streaming software, TikTok Live Studio allows you to add different sources to your scene.
Locate the Sources panel and click the option to add a new source.
From the available options, select Link Source.
This source type allows you to display web-based widgets directly inside your stream.
Step 4: Copy Your Streamloots Widget URL
Open your Streamloots Dashboard and navigate to your Alerts and Widgets settings.
There you’ll find the URLs for your Streamloots alerts and widgets.
Copy the URL you want to display on stream.
Depending on your setup, you may want to use:
- Alert widgets
- Card alerts
- Goal widgets
- Other interactive Streamloots widgets
Step 5: Add the Widget to TikTok Live Studio
Return to TikTok Live Studio and paste your Streamloots URL into the Link Source you created.
Once added, the widget should appear immediately inside your scene.
If it doesn’t appear right away, refresh the source or verify that the URL was copied correctly.
Step 6: Position and Resize the Widget
Now that the widget is visible, move and resize it to fit your stream layout.
Some creators prefer placing alerts near the center of the screen for maximum visibility, while others position them near the chat or webcam.
Choose a location that complements your content without blocking important gameplay or visuals.
Step 7: Test Everything
Before going live, it’s important to verify that everything works correctly.
Redeem a test card from Streamloots or ask a moderator to redeem one.
Confirm that:
- The alert appears correctly
- Audio plays as expected
- Animations work properly
- The widget is visible to viewers
Testing before your stream starts helps avoid surprises during your broadcast.
You’re Ready to Go Live
Once your Streamloots alerts are working inside TikTok Live Studio, your viewers will be able to interact with your content in real time through cards, alerts, and other Streamloots features.
Enjoy creating more engaging streams and giving your community new ways to participate in your content.
