You’ve probably seen the news. StreamElements is going through a really tough time and is actively looking for a buyer. You can read their statement here.
Honestly, this is sad. For almost ten years, StreamElements gave free tools to an enormous amount of creators. People built their whole setup around them, their communities grew with them, and the team behind it all worked hard to keep things running for free. Fewer platforms like that in the world is just bad news, full stop. We’re genuinely rooting for them and hope things work out for everyone involved.
But we also know that when something like this happens, the practical questions come fast. So we wanted to share what we know and what we can do to help.
For alerts, overlays, and automations
Streamloots doesn’t cover this side of things, but two tools we’d genuinely point you to are:
MixItUp — free, powerful, and it works directly with Streamloots integrations. A solid pick if you’re looking to rebuild your automation setup.
Streamer.bot — also free, really flexible, and widely used by streamers on both Twitch and YouTube. Great for custom triggers, events, and all kinds of integrations.
Streamloots is free, and that’s not changing
We want to say this clearly, especially for anyone who’s just landing here for the first time: everything on Streamloots is free. No features hidden behind a paywall. What you see is what everyone gets.
Our Tips and Marathon Timer are both available to everyone right now, alongside Cards, Subscriptions, and Auctions. If you need a monetization setup you can rely on, it’s all there.

Something for new creators
If you know someone who needs a hand getting started, or if that someone is you, new accounts get 100% of what they earn in their first 3 days with no conditions:
Already here? Your referral link is in your Dashboard. Share it and you both get a little extra.
We’re genuinely hoping StreamElements finds a way through this. What they’ve built over the years has meant a lot to this community, and we’d love nothing more than to see them come out the other side.
In the meantime, we’re here. Whatever you need, don’t hesitate to reach out.
