Our central mission at Streamloots is to allow streamers to do what they do best for a living – create awesome content that impacts the lives of their audiences and communities and be able to make a career out of it. And, of course, a central part related to this objective concerns developing sustainable channel support from fans and viewers that allows creators to have their hard work rewarded and to keep building on what they are able to do and create.
As part of this commitment to streamers and creators, Streamloots enables creators to choose their payout frequency to take place twice a month, as an alternative to the previously only available choice of once-per-month. This has been implemented after feedback from creators mentioning it could be a great step to ensure channel sustainability and support: Streaming usually requires significant hard work and investment from creators to build a solid base of viewership and following.
By implementing payouts twice a month for streamers who choose this option, we look to help creators have more options in turning their viewership support into a solid and regular base of compensation and at the same time build a bigger safety net as they build their streaming career. Like for any business, guaranteeing a steady flow of income is essential for your personal and professional development, while making sure your health and safety are secure. This is a small but important part of the actions we’re taking to ensure it!
How to Activate Payments Twice a Month
You will be able to see all the income you make with Streamloots on your Revenue page. In the Transactions section, you can see a breakdown of each monetary transaction, so you can keep track of the gross and net amount of each sale you make.
To configure your payouts to be made twice every month (on the 1st and 15th of each month), you can click the Configure button in Configuration and Payments > Revenue section.

With this option, your payment is sent on the 1st and 15th of each month, as long as the balance when these dates arrive shows more than 20 (EUR or USD).
Please keep in mind that due to legal obligations, the payout transferred at each month will be comprised of the amount generated in the previous month and not the immediate 15 days before the payout date. This is because, by law, users have 15 days to request a refund for any online purchase, which also applies to packs. However, Streamloots assumes the costs of any dispute on the different payment platforms, so you won’t have to worry about anything.
It’s important to note that the first payment in Streamloots involves an initial setup, for more information see Configuring Streamloots Pay Portal.
To find out if a payment has left Streamloots and has been sent to the payment gateway, take a look at the Transactions section, where you will see if there is a negative transaction of type “Payment” on that day.
That means that the corresponding payment has been sent and in that case, it is very likely that your balance has been updated with the amount for the next payment.
